1.     December 22, 2022, Mrs BAYKAL confirmed by email for USD 2,480. refugee Falmaali (name changed for refugee protection) will be relocated from refugee camp to Canada. Read more.

2.     May 21, 2023, Mrs BAYKAL confirms Falmaali will move out from the refugee camp on May 22 and arrive at the Istanbul apartment on May 23. See below:

Mrs BAYKAL confirmed the money was for Falmaali bank account, and she could withdraw cash from Canada after her arrival. But as of Sept 7, 2023, Falmaali still needs a bank account. Read more.

Readers can see the Turkish Red Crescent Director, Mrs Mehtap BAYKAL, on June 14, 2023, acknowledging the receipt of USD $4,501. On July 30, 2023, she is trying to deny there is no record whatsoever. On August 8, 2023, she started to manufacture lies. Based on the evidence presented here, can she be legally called fraud? Is Turkish Red Crescent Director Mrs Mehtap BAYKAL a fraud? The victim inform Mrs BAYKAL about his arrival and went to the Canadian Embassy in Ankara on Tuesday, July 25, 10am to meet Mrs Baykal’s $5,000 travel allowance demand. Mrs BAYKAL did not attend the embassy on July 25.
