27. After collecting 2X amount Mrs BAYKAL wants more

The Turkish Red Crescent Director, Mrs Mehtap BAYKAL demands $5,000 for travel allowance. A person staying in Canada requires 1,230 CAD per month. So, for three months, it is approximately $3,690.  In the case of refugee Falmaali, she will be staying in our family home. We will bear her accommodation and all other expenses. I also had a $5,000 cheque from a Canadian bank written for Falmaali to present to the Canadian embassy.  But Mrs BAYKAL has no interest in that cheque. Because she can't cash that cheque. She wants $5,000 to register for a visa. By this time, I realised the Turkish Red Crescent Director was a scammer – there is no such thing as a visa registration fee of $5,000. Yes, there are visa fees.  The United States has the highest tourist visa cost...

17. Mrs BAYKAL collects funds via her appointees

The Turkish Red Crescent Director, Mrs BAYKAL, collects funds via her appointed person to shield her identity. In 2023, she thinks hiding her identity for an elaborate scam is straightforward. Just say someone else is using my name, and I have registered a police case. It is not that simple. Like all criminals, they don't remember all the footprint they leave behind. One can run from the law but can't hide. It would not have been easy to prove if it were a cash transaction. But the money transfer happened digitally. Every hub has a footprint. There is a saying: when you pull the ear, the head will move. A preemptive false police case specifying someone else is using her name - how can that hide her crime? The law enforcement authorities will discover this preemptive case is made up within...
