Romance scam bait refugees contact the prospects online via social media or matrimonial sites.  Once she successfully lures them, she refers the victims to the Turkish Red Crescent Director, Mrs. Mehtap Baykal. Mrs. Mehtap Baykal uses her position as Director of Communications in the Turkish Red Crescent to convince victims to pay for refugee relocation.  Mrs. Mehtap Baykal collects money using 3rd parties to avoid any linkage.  After collecting funds as per agreement, Mehtap Baykal keeps demanding more money, showing many excuses until the victim is exhausted.  They start the new cycle for ransom from the victims.  When victims fail to pay the new ransom amount, the Turkish Red Crescent Director starts the trafficking operation of the refugees. ...
